At Dynaworx (Pty) Ltd, we’re committed to your privacy

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors to our website and customers who have subscribed to the services we offer, and its affiliates (collectively, “Dynaworx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

 

We respect your privacy and take the protection of personal information very seriously. The purpose of this policy is to collect, protect, use, and disclose information that—either alone or combined with other information—can be used to identify or contact you (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy applies to all Dynaworx-operated websites or applications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”), and if you apply for employment with us, we use the personal information you supply to process your job application. It also, includes certain information collected on registration, and optional information that you voluntarily provide to us.

 

Other than as set out in this privacy policy, we will not share your personal information unless we are required to do so by law. We are not only using Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, but are treating your Personal Information in a way that we ourselves would be comfortable with.

The types of information we collect and how we collect it

Directly from you:

Once we have collected Personal Information that you provide to us through online forms or through other channels of communication offered on the Service, you will no longer be anonymous to us as your personal information will include :

· Name, surname, company name, company registration number, VAT number

In order to provide the Services to you, you will be asked to provide us with additional information on a voluntary basis such as (“Service information”)

Some of our systems also allow you to upload avatar images or add other pieces of profile information about yourself.

 

 

From a Partner you have an existing business relationship with:

 

We work closely with a network of Private and Public Sectors who may have a prior relationship with you. If you express interest in our products or services to your Partner, they may provide us with your business contact information if they know that you have expressed interest in our products and services. In this context, Dynaworx will only release personal information when we believe that such a release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our mandated or other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of the Company. Because we are contractually bound to process such Personal Information under our Partners’ instructions, we strongly advise you to review privacy notices provided by our Partners.

 

From Administrative Users in your Organization:

During the process of signing up for an account with us, an administrator in your organization may give us Personal Information so that we may provide you and your organization with services. Please notify your organization’s administrator if you do not wish to use such services.

We maintain appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable information.

Automatically from our products as you use them:

Some of our products may report information to us based on how you use them. We retain your personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or in accordance with the provisions of any applicable legislation. Our products may record information in automated logging systems including, but not limited to, IP Address, browser type, other device information, and account name or ID. This information is technical in nature and relates to your usage of our services.

Automatically through cookies as you use our Service:

To help ensure our content is relevant to our users, Dynaworx collects site-visitation statistics using cookies. When you access our website we may send one or more cookies. Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer’s hard drive by your Internet browser. If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Dynaworx site, you will continue to be able to use the Service, but you will not experience a personalized visit, nor will you be able to use certain Service features that rely on cookies.

The Service uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). We use the information processed on our behalf by Google to help us evaluate how users interact with the Service, to compile reports on activity on the Service, and to determine areas where we can improve the Service. To make our sites easier to use and help you quickly find software, services or information.

We store Personal Information in our Customer Support systems so that we can make our Service easier for you to use. For example, your name, company name, are available to you when you log into your account on our site. Remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the website.

To help us create new services and products to better serve you.

Knowing about how our customers use our services allows us to improve our services by helping evaluate our products’ strengths and areas for improvement. We analyze site and product usage in aggregated form for this purpose.

How we share your information

We will not disclose your Personal Information except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or with your consent. This section describes to whom we disclose Personal Information, and for what purposes:

Sharing with other Individuals

With other Service Users

We will share some Personal Information, such as your name and username in our service with other people in your organization that are using our Service.

We may not sell personal information. No personal information will be disclosed to anyone except as provided in this privacy policy.

Accurate and up to date

We will try to keep the personal information we collect as accurate, complete and up to date as is necessary for the purpose mentioned herein. From time to time, we will request you to update our personal information on the website.

You may choose to correct or update the personal information you have submitted to us, by clicking the menu in any of the pages on our website.

Social Media Companies

We use Social Media integrations, commonly known as “widgets” to connect with various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. If you have an account with these platforms some of your usage of our public website and blogs will be collected using these platforms for the purpose of tracking user engagement. You may block these interactions by avoiding clicking on or interacting with these widgets and blocking your browser’s access to these platforms. How these platforms use your information if you engage with them are governed by these sites individual data handling policies.

Marketing Companies

We use external marketing vendors to nurture leads and communicate with our clients. If we are sending you marketing material via e-mail then we have obtained your contact information through a voluntary submission you made on our site or through a request from a mutual partner company. Law enforcement or other legitimate requests

If required to do so, we will comply with law enforcement, government agency, or other legal requests for your information. We are not responsible for, give no warranties, nor make any representations in respect of the privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. If legally allowed to do so, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you that Personal Information about you has been requested by law enforcement or a government agency, or other legitimate party.

 

 

 

Business Transfer

In the case that Dynaworx is acquired or merges with another company, Personal Information may be included as an asset in a sale. We may assign our rights to the personal information we process to a successor, purchaser, or separate entity. In the event that a sale of Dynaworx occurs, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of the sale and to provide you with options regarding Personal Information about you. If you are concerned about your personal information migrating to a new owner, you may request us to delete your personal information.

How we store and secure Personal Information

Dynaworx will employ commercially reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unwanted destruction. Such measures may include the use of password protection, data encryption, and restricting access to Personal Information to those parties with a legitimate purpose in receiving the information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

When we receive a legitimate request to remove your information from our systems as allowed under applicable law, we will promptly comply with these requests.

If you have an account on our Service, we provide access to—and the ability to edit or delete—certain categories of Personal Information through the account.

Depending on where you live, you may have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or other regulatory agency if you believe that we have violated any of the rights concerning Personal Information about you. Opting-Out of promotional e-mails

You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising e-mails from us by selecting an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail that you receive from us, by using this unsubscribe form, or by responding to the e-mails directly and requesting removal if such a link is not available. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to or by contacting us directly at unsubscribe@dynaworx.co.za

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with us or our Service. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing e-mails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative, maintenance and operational e-mails (for example, in connection with a password reset request).

Third Party Websites

As a convenience to our users, we may provide links to other web sites. These linked sites are not under the control of Dynaworx and they are governed by their own separate policies. Dynaworx is not responsible for the data handling practices of these third party linked sites.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Dynaworx does not track Service users over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.

Children’s Privacy

Dynaworx does not knowingly or intentionally collect information from anyone under the age of 18. You may not access our website or use our services if you are younger than 18 years old or do not have legal capacity to conclude legally binding contracts, and we request that anyone under the age of 18 does not submit personal information. If we become aware that someone under the age of 18 has submitted personal information, we will delete the information from our records.
